Electrical engineer as assistant to the management (m/d/w)

These are your tasks

As an assistant to the management, you will have the opportunity to get to know all the processes in a great, innovative company from the top down.
⁠You will gain experience across the entire company and have the opportunity to implement projects on your own responsibility. As a direct area of responsibility, you will also take over the management of the electronics testing department. You will work independently on the operational testing of assemblies, create test programs and implement them. You are proficient in ICT, FKT and EOL tests and are just as familiar with the necessary programming as you are with implementing the tests.

  • Implementation and execution of ICT, FKT and EOL audits

  • Supervision of test processes and test systems

  • Test concept planning and implementation

  • Preparation of work instructions for testing regulations

  • Development of measures for troubleshooting, problem solving and optimization of the systems

  • Fault analyses, documentation and reworking of the failed electronic test specimens

  • Design of test item adaptations for test systems

  • Supporting the management in all areas of electronics

  • Independent collaboration in all technical areas of the company

  • Collaboration on digitization and automation projects

  • Conception and implementation of projects to optimize work preparation, production planning and logistics

  • Concept planning and implementation

  • Further development of the systems

  • Error analyses and development of measures for troubleshooting, problem solving and optimization of the systems

What you bring along

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

  • Programming of test systems (EOL, ICT, FKT)

  • CAD system experience

  • Very good IT skills (Windows and ideally Pro Alpha)

  • You have good manual soldering knowledge/skills

  • 5 years of professional experience

  • You have a high level of quality awareness and a good technical understanding

  • Quick comprehension, high willingness to learn

  • Independent, autonomous and precise work, with a focus on the technical details of the products

  • Organizational talent and pleasure in dealing with people

  • You enjoy working in a team, are reliable and able to work under pressure
